• Event dates and times are subject to change. We recommend keeping an eye out for any changes made by the Organisation.
• After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. You can also log in to your personal account on the website to access your order history.
• We recommend taking out travel insurance whenever the event is outside your country so that you are covered in the event of any health problems, flight cancellations, etc.
• We recommend not travelling on the day of the event, either before or after. We are not responsible for any incidents arising from this situation, such as a flight cancellation that prevents you from arriving at the event on time or traffic leaving the event that causes you to miss a flight.
